We are absolutely thrilled to announce that LEaF Translations has been selected as a finalist in the Small Business of the Year at the Press BusinessiQ Awards 2024.
The event, which is due to take place on Friday 29th November, is sponsored by York St John University and LNER and is being held at York Racecourse.
LEaF Translations is one of forty businesses to enter the Small Business of the Year award – the most hotly contended category – and has been shortlisted along with other local businesses Avorium and TRTRehab.
SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR
Open to those businesses in the region which have been trading for more than a year and have a turnover of less than £1 million. The judges will consider financial performance, strategy and the way it has developed, it’s approach to staff development and customer service, potential for future growth and the impact the business has had on jobs and the community.

David Dickson – a local businessman – has been judging the awards since they were first launched some 34 years ago: “The entries to York Press Business Awards are a barometer of the growing strength of York and surrounding area business sector.
